Before battery-operated holiday decor, apparently we were willing to set angels on fire.
This wonderful pair of vintage molded Christmas candles depicts praying angels with tall pale-blue wings, cream robes, blond hair, and hand-painted faces. Each stands approximately 7 1/2 inches tall, giving them enough presence to work as a centerpiece, mantel display, or wonderfully nostalgic Christmas vignette.
Both candles retain their wicks and appear unburned.
Condition: Vintage decorative condition with age-related wax discoloration, scuffs, surface marks, small irregularities, and wear to the painted details. The bases and edges show the normal unevenness of older molded wax. Because of their age, we recommend them primarily as decorative collectibles rather than for burning.
