Shipping policy

If you’ve made it this far, it means something from Mom’s collection is about to make its way into your home. I take that pretty seriously.

Processing Time

Orders are packed and shipped within 3 business days.
(Usually sooner, but I like to leave myself room in case I’m carefully wrapping something that survived the 1970s and deserves to survive the mail too.)

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

I primarily use:

• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx

Whichever gets your treasure to you safely and efficiently.

Where I Ship

At this time, I ship within the United States only.

Packaging (a.k.a. “How I keep your item alive”)

These pieces have already lived a full life—my job is to make sure they make it to you in one piece.

• Items are carefully wrapped and protected
• Fragile items receive extra cushioning and reinforcement
• You may see a mix of materials (including reused packaging when possible, Mom would approve)

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is optional and may be selected at checkout.

If you’re purchasing something especially meaningful or fragile, I do recommend adding it, just for peace of mind.

Lost or Damaged Items

If something arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please reach out.

Include:

• Your order number
• Photos (if applicable)
• A quick note on what happened

We’ll work through the next steps together.

Local Pickup (Spokane Area)

If you’re local to Spokane, WA, you can skip shipping altogether.

Select local pickup at checkout, and I’ll coordinate a time and location with you.

A Final Note

Every item I send out once sat on a shelf, in a cabinet, or in a story that mattered to someone, usually my mom.
