This vintage Japanese tin lithograph Santa toy wears his classic red suit, carries a metal bell, and has the wonderfully expressive painted face that makes mid-century tin toys so much fun to collect. The back is marked Made in Japan, and the toy retains its mechanical components.
Operation: Semi-operable. The mechanical function works partially but does not operate consistently. It is being sold as a vintage collectible rather than as a fully functioning toy.
Condition: Well-loved vintage condition with scratches, scuffs, paint and lithograph loss, oxidation, discoloration, and general surface wear. There is visible separation/cracking at the top of Santa's head. The bell remains present. Please review all photos carefully.
