A small box for the little things that somehow deserve a much prettier home.
This vintage wooden box was made in India and features hand-carved floral and foliate decoration across the lid and sides. The natural wood has aged to a soft, warm finish, with the carving giving the box plenty of texture and old-world character.
Measuring approximately 5 1/2 inches across, it is a useful size for jewelry, keepsakes, desk treasures, or the mysterious assortment of tiny objects every good dressing table eventually acquires.
Condition: Vintage condition with surface wear, scratches, discoloration, small marks, dust in carved recesses, and other age-related imperfections. Original Made in India label remains on the underside. Please review photographs.
