Some children are quiet. This one arrived with a horn.
This small vintage Goebel figurine was made in West Germany and depicts a seated child in a red coat with yellow accents, scarf tied at the neck and a little yellow horn raised to the mouth. The sculpted pose has all the movement and expression that make these small Goebel character figures so easy to tuck into a collection.
The underside carries the blue Goebel W. Germany mark along with impressed and handwritten production marks. Those secondary numbers are not fully legible in the photographs, so I am not assigning an exact catalog title without a confirmed reference.
Condition: Vintage condition with light surface wear and minor age-related marks.
