This ornate circular metal frame is a mystery with blue jewels, which is frankly the best kind of mystery. Likely a "brides basket" stand - can be used as wall decor or a replacement for a lonely glass insert.
The open ring is decorated with scrollwork, floral castings, two bright blue faceted glass cabochons, and a dark red stone at the top. Adjustable clamps sit near the bottom, while a large scrolling ornament hangs across the base. Whatever the frame originally held is missing, leaving an intriguing piece for restoration, creative reuse, or display as decorative salvage.
Condition: Project condition. The metal shows heavy oxidation, patina, surface grime, scratches, finish loss, and possible bends. The central insert or original object is missing. Screws and clamps are present but function has not been tested.
