This is less “small porcelain figurine” and more “entire maritime expedition, but make it Hummel.”
Goebel Hummel Hum 530, “Land in Sight” (Land in Sicht), is a large multi-figure composition featuring children packed into a sailing boat complete with mast, sail, flag, horn, and oar. The original box label identifies the model as Hum 530 and gives a size of approximately 23 cm / 9 inches.
The scale and complexity make this an especially fun display piece for a serious Hummel collection. Every angle has something happening, from the little sailor blowing the horn to the children clustered in the boat beneath the sail.
The original Goebel box is included and is marked Made in Germany with a 1991 copyright date.
Condition: Figurine is in very good condition with no obvious chips, cracks, or repairs observed. Box has visible storage wear, rubbing, creasing, dents, and edge wear. Please review photos.
